can BATA San Marco change my shoe???

was in Venice recently on holiday and bought a pair of lecoq sportif shoe but when i opened it (in Singapore) both of are for right leg. salesgirl must have packed it accidentally. change BATA get me my left shoe to me in return of me sending them back the right leg shoe?
