Excellent collection of Magritte, Pollock, Ernst, etc. Only drawback is the small galleries, which make it difficult to enjoy the art because you find yourself being on top of or crowded by others.

Book a guided tour. This way you will learn interesting details about both the home of Peggy Guggenheim and the art of famous artists!

One of the most beautiful museums in the world. Amazing modern collection in a small number of galleries. And the views out the window are almost as good as the art.

The Peggy Guggenheim Collection, while more of a depository for modern art, frequently has special exhibitions that show artists working in the later 20th century as well as today.

Picasso, Braque, Pollock, Brancusi, Rothko, Chagal, Kandinsky, Malevich, Calder, Magritte, Delvaux and others - this is one of the most important collections of contemporary art in the world.

Located on Venice’s Grand Canal, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection was once the home of Peggy Guggenheim, also known as Palazzo Venier dei Leoni, where she spent 30 years of her life.

One of my favorite museum in Europe! Nice art collection! Early works of Pollock! Excellent location! Beautiful building!

Nice garden with the tomb of Peggy and her dogs. Also you can see here famous modernist paintings by well-known artists

If you like picasso, ernst, kandinsky, pollock, duchamp and the others that i can not remember now, you should visit here. It is about 10 min. from san marco by walking.

The audio guide is a pricey €7, but offers excellent commentary from the director of the museum. It provides context and insight for the important items in the collection, and enhanced my visit.

An amazing Modern Art collection with paintings and sculptures from Picasso, Klee, Dalí, Magritte, Delaunay, Miró, Mondrian, Kandinsky, Giacometti, Ernst, Pollock, Rothko, Calder, Moore and others.

Watch The Throne, don't sleep on the Anish Kapoor by the toilets, make a wish at Yoko's wishing tree and pay your respects to Peggy's dogs.

An amazing place with a very impressive collection. If you are interested in Pollock, Kandinsky, Dali, Miró, Ernst, Magritte and others this gallery is definitely for you. ;)

20th and 21st century masterpieces all exhibited here. Great views. I highly recommend the audioguide

14€ per ticket, 7€ for audoguide, 5€ for mini guidebook, 14€ for the larger one. Anyway, you will see a good collection of modern art, especially for the cubist&surrealist era.

Great escape. Interesting pieces but the sculpture garden's tranquility really stood out for us. Cafe is over-priced

The most wonderful private collection I have ever experienced in an amazing ambient.

The permanent collection includes masterworks of Cubism, Futurism, European Abstractionism, Metaphysical Painting, Surrealism, and American Abstract Expressionism.

Love this gallery, a scent of New York in the heart of Venice!

Wonderful collection in a truly beautiful, peaceful setting. The lady herself is buried beside her dogs in the sculpture garden
