Built in 1580 at the behest of the noble Venetian Pavanato, in 2009, it was the subject of a careful and thorough restoration by the famous international architect Ugo Camerini. The attention and meticulous studies have made possible for the fusion of contemporary design, like the insertion of a glass and steel lift, keeping the characteristics of the sixteenth century, such as ceiling beams and Venetian terrace floors, all perfectly restored. From this accurate work, they were able to obtain 6 beautiful apartments with all comforts, air conditioning, satellite television, wi fi, dishwasher, and microwave.
