The school of Chocolate courses are held in the shop on days when it is open. Enrollment is limited to 4 students per class.
The course is divided in two parts: the first part is theory and history, the second part is practice. You will learn how to make hot chocolate, with a special technique, and ganache which is used to prepare mousse and tartufi.
Learn how to work with glass with Abate Zanetti. There are several courses to choose from - lamp work or learning to use the furnace! You can do a course over a weekend or a week or even have a private lesson.
The courses are taught in both Italian and English.
