The Spanish Schola updated
MapThe Spanish Schola, or Scuola Ponentina, was founded in about 1580, but rebuilt on the first half of 17th century. It is the biggest of the Venetian synagogues. It can be visited during the winter months on a guided tour run by the Jewish Museum. In the summer it is used by the Jewish community in Venice.
