Chocolate Making Courses at VizioVirtu

The school of Chocolate courses are held in the shop on days when it is open. Enrollment is limited to 4 students per class. The course is divided in two parts: the first part is theory and history, the second part is practice. You will learn how to make hot chocolate, with a special technique, and ganache which is used to prepare mousse and tartufi.
