Caffè del Doge Caffetteria Rialto

Inside tables only but friendly staff and great coffee. The hot chocolate is good too. You can also buy the ground coffee or beans to take home with you.

I ordered at the bar and they asked me if I wanted to sit down (so they could charge me the higher table service price). Not a good sign. There are no prices posted anywhere (only in the menu on the table, which is the higher table price). And when I asked them how much a latte costs, they refused to tell me, saying "don't worry about it, you pay later." It turned out to be over 1 euro more than other places.

This coffee was delicious. They have a sitting area and feels like a Vienna-style coffee house on some ways. If you just want a coffee though, get bar service, though. This is Italy after all. Didn't try the good, but I absolutely would go back next time I'm in town

A little pricy - especially if you sit - but the coffee was good and the pastries were decent. Not super authentic, but a solid choice for Venice to get coffee/breakfast.

Lovely cafe, the best croissants and muffins in Venice!!! (The muffins are filled with Nutella) 😍

The Rosso blend is amazing. Lots of blends to try in this little shop tucked away on its own, very different from the predominantly dark cocoa flavours common everywhere else in the area.

Slightly hard to find, hidden in an alley. Worth going though.
