A must see in Venice. Such a beautiful palace with so much history! Make sure to read all the signs around the place to really understand the purpose of each grand room. The ticket includes a number of decent exhibitions within the palace and also passage into the old prisons. Recommend buying a ticket online as there can be a queue. It’s well worth the 20€.

Amazing palace and center of government for Venice. I would highly recommend getting tickets ahead/skip the line tickets. Fortunately I went in November and it was a rainy day so I didn't have to wait long. There was a great (temporary) display of jewels. Also seeing the famous Bridge of Sighs from the inside was interesting, cells on one side, "courtroom" on the other.

Worth a visit when in Venice but be warned - the lines can get very long. We bought tickets online once we saw the line and got in much quicker. A great place to visit if you enjoy history and art.

Historic palace with rooms full of artwork and dungeons. The palace offers a bit of variety, including decorated rooms with medieval Italian paintings and elaborate artwork, a show of medieval weapons and a little tour through the prisons/dungeons. While the artwork is interesting, I would rate the dungeons the highlight, especially for kids. We went in October and the queue was minimal at lunchtime, there was no need to pre-order. The self-guided tour takes about an hour.

A must see in Venice. Buy tickets in advance to avoid Queues. Come early or late to avoid the crowds. Check the late openings on Friday and Saturday. We were there at 10 PM, it was perfect. Almost alone in the large rooms is a special experience
