Great location with lots of places to explore away from tourists. The Riva is just a 2-3 minute walk. In the opposite direction there are places to explore, including San Zaccaria church.

While there r many (empty-looking) restaurants & cafes near the hotel, our group of 12 had a gr8 dinner @ RossoPomodoro, abt 4-5 mins walk away. We searched on 4SQ & found it

Very convenient location near d Piazza San Marco. Practically 2-3 mins walk fr d Alilaguna blue line boat stop @ San Zaccaria (Jolanda) which is approx 1hr trip fr airport
