El Sbarlefo Santi Apostoli

Map

www.elsbarlefo.it

There are two El Sbarlefo bars in Venice. This one is just off the Santi Apostoli square. There are 4 seats outside and a good selection of cicchetti. In October 2016 a cappuccino was 4 Euros which is one of the highest prices we have come across outside Saint Mark's Square.

My favorite cicchetti in Venice. I absolutely love this place! Great spritz and a good wine selection. I see a lot of locals hanging here.

Small bar opposite Hotel Giorgione. Tiny area inside with some outside tables. Visited in February. Made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Maybe we were "just tourists " supporting local businesses or maybe we just weren't beautiful enough. Openly mocked as such. Don't go unless you like ridicule.

Clean, modern feel...great selection, "cold" beer...reserved attitude, but still a good stop

Translate
