This is a large supermarket on Strada Nova. It has recently (2015) changed from Billa to Conad and now (2016) it is changing ownership again to a Coop. It generally has long queues but is open later than most of the supermarkets in the city.

Buy your bottled water and beer at one of the many Conad's in Venice. €2 for 1.5L water in tourist conveniences, 27 cents at Conad! No brainer.
